Integration
Last week’s Libra Solar Eclipse acted as an ending and a beginning. The last shoe has dropped in a yearlong process. We crossed a threshold. The irreconcilable imbalances are evident and can no longer be ignored.
This dark sky moment may have left us feeling a little lost, a little at loose ends like we're not sure where we are on our path. We may be asking ourselves some hard questions and the answers aren’t readily available.
This week, after some emotional integration, the answers are revealed. We’re starting to acknowledge what needs to change to reset our lives onto a more fulfilling path. The missing piece is probably connection. We crave something more from ourselves and from the people in our lives. And we have to be more emotionally available to receive it.
These key words speak to the rulership spiral of this eclipse that creates a conversation between the New Moon and Mercury in Libra being ruled by Venus in Scorpio which is ruled by Mars in Cancer which goes back to the New Moon.
No matter how much we intellectualize our needs, it comes back around to feeling our feelings, first. The pain of loneliness. The frustration of conflict. The angst of co-dependency. Judging ourselves for these feelings misses the point.
Pluto is stationing direct on Oct. 11, beginning its last days in Capricorn after 16 years. The time to reckon with and release the past is now. Or never. Try not to resist the urge to let go. Listen to whatever arises from the depths of your unconscious now. It’s ready for one last purge.
Instead, we need self-compassion, so we can engage more authentically with the people we love. It’s only through acknowledging the pain that we can heal. This week, we get some encouraging news or have an uplifting conversation that gives us renewed hope.
